Welcome to The ORM Arena: Soul + Ego = Balance

This Week's Pillar: Wholeness - Bring Yourself Together
Wholeness Week holds the goal of the entire practice: feeling completely comfortable with each and every part of ourselves. Our concept of good and bad plays a big role in how we experience life as it unfolds. If we can see value in all of the things we encounter (positive and negative) we start to FEEL BETTER in all moments.

Try This:  Think of one of your most embarrassing memories. Let the normal rush of feelings about it come through like a wave. Breathe as deeply as you can, and ask yourself what you have gained from this experience since it happened? At the very least, you gained some compassion for other people who find themselves embarrassed. We are all creative beings and life offers us many opportunities to share in its entire range of emotions so that we can continue to create amazing things!
