Vibrational vulnerability lives somewhere between trust and belief. Where the best of intentions are held to the light and the rest fall away without judgment. It is that exposed place between what we know for sure and what we can only feel, the hum underneath our certainty.
The shock of losing Quan knocked me to my knees, but the “coincidences” that crept into my awareness that day sustained me in my grief and kept me tied to his spirit in a way that still feels like communication, even if it isn’t as direct as it once was.
Our power to transform our mind and body, together, is easily forgotten as we tend to focus on whatever ‘needs attention now’. Enter personal beliefs, expectations, assumptions and judgements. When these debates take over, we run the risk of missing the entire point of human individuality: our beliefs about what matters to us will be different, situationally, from most of the people we know - at least some of the time.
