Try this at home: Consider that every moment is exactly as it should be and observe how hard your brain has to work to get around the thoughts that stand in the way of that truth. This is a slight exercise in futility when you first try to do it, but as your brain rewires, the energetic dots start making connections in your body. You start to feel the mind-body activation that is arguably the best part of the practice. This power is an existing part of your wholeness, generated only by YOU. The ORM Arena simply provides the tools for you to know thyself and do better as you see fit with each new mind-body-ego-soul awareness.
