Wholeness Week embodies our ultimate goal: being able to accept all of the different parts of ourselves and our personal experience as equally valid indicators to who we are as individuals. This extended pause for integration runs from now until the Fall Equinox, when the Our Raw Material Arena begins its next cycle through our organic relationships with these 12 Pillars.

Try This at Home This week, try to find the Wholeness where you can. Let yourself be comfortable with things exactly as they are, and notice which beliefs could use another pass. Breathe. This is YOUR practice. You are the creative architect of your mind and the gardener of your physical matter. Be gracious with yourself as you accept it all in Wholeness. Happy H2Om (water-breath-alignment).
