Summer Focus: The chords of music and our spiritual connections

Food Week helps us examine our structure. It is the intricate combination of beliefs that we have adopted for ourselves based on the things that we have been taught, weighed against our own sense of what is or isn't true. This is a delicate balance that doesn't always produce the clarity we think it should. At least until we identify how we built it to begin with. That's the fun part!

Try this at home: This week, we are going full imagination with the Food Pillar. Let yourself wander in the idea that you could hold the entire world between your hands. How would you nurture it? What do you think it needs most? What if we could ensure that food and water were always available? How would that change our overall vibration? This is your dream -- take it wherever you wish!
