Resources Week invites us to bask in all of the things that support us. If we don't make it a regular habit, we fall into a natural pattern of taking it for granted. This is the time to cherish what exists, without comparing it to what doesn't. Sometimes, it's all we have to keep us steady in choppy waters -- real or imagined. The Resource Pillar lets us untangle our limitations and lean into what actually feels good -- for our own good and the greater good.

Try this at home: Consider the compliments that people have given you over the years -- especially the ones from strangers. Give a nod to your easiest, breeziest self and recall what it feels like when that sublime part of you leads the charge on whatever you feel like doing. This week's challenge is simple: remember those moments and use them to bring that energy wherever you can this week. Watch how others react to it and see what it affects. There is authenticity in acknowledging our resources, as well as our universal resourceability. Have some fun with it!
