This week, let's play Name It! with our intentions by categorizing their support. Are they helpful? Likely to happen? Bordering on illegal? Things we should definitely do?
These intentional thoughts are formed from our emotions and our desire to act on how we feel. If we stay in touch with our inner workings, we can easily figure out which intentions we want to work with, and which are better left to our thoughts. By doing this, we eliminate the regret that comes with not meeting our own expectation that we should follow through with things we never gave much thought of doing.
