Welcome to The ORM Arena: Soul + Ego = Balance

This Week's Pillar: Food - Our Mental Stability
Food Week helps us gain solid footing about our origins. This is the stuff we were born with and how it served (or didn't) serve us, taking into account  our early lives, as well as our current conditions - even now. How we are nurtured has a lot to do with how secure we feel about our own personal stability and what we each need to feel properly fed. Now and then.

Try This at home:

Think about it: In the fall, we harvest the things we have grown since spring, so let's get literal and create something that uses fall ingredients. I suggest something delicious to eat that you don't normally make, but if you don't cook at all, the simplest thing will be great. If nothing else: a stovetop concoction of apple, orange, cinnamon and clove will evoke the feelings of Food Week and remind you exactly how your mind formed the opinions you hold right now.
