Our Raw Material: A Modern Approach To Ancient Wisdom
Frame Your Life, Naturally.
Conflict Week: Conflict happens, but how we choose to handle it is the key to its effect. Avoiding conflict causes harm, but so does engaging in every little thing that riles us up. Who here is guilty of getting angry because we are on overload, energetically? The goal is feeling whole, which means owning our reactions -- not ignoring them. So the question becomes - How will my engagement affect the environment? Our ability to listen as we raise concerns moves us through life's issues with full breath and less frustration -- even without solution.

Try this at home: Mine your thoughts for judgements. You shouldn't have to look hard because we all do this all day long. Don't judge yourself! - it's human nature. Instead, go searching your body for the physical reaction. Breath intentionally enough to loosen your tight spaces while casually observing the places you fill with energetic debris (low back, shoulder, knee, hip?). It's easy to clear our judgements from our minds, but removing their effects from our bodies improves both our outlook and our health, which produces less internal conflict overall. Hard stop.
