Enter the ORM Arena: Find Your Own Power and Purpose

This Week's Pillar: Emotion - How often do you notice your own triggers, positive or negative?

This week, challenge yourself to learn the motivations of others, from their own words, and observe how it helps you allow your emotions to pass through you each day: feeling whatever comes up, breathing with intention through challenges, and finding ways to communicate whatever needs a release.Other people's opinions and behaviors are often the key to understanding what bothers us the most, but only if you are familiar with the roots of your own sensitivities. It's easy to get stuck in the space of thinking the other person(s) should be the ones to stop whatever it is they are doing or thinking, but we generally don't have enough context for their position to understand why they feel justified. Even if we live with them, we can't live in their mind, and they can't live in ours. Easy and breezy, just like the tides...
