A Conflict Quote FrOM Quan

"I had a session with a high school friend. About 30 minutes before, an idea came to me to ask for our
ancestors’ blessing. Immediate Conflict. You see, it’s easy for me to quip that I went to law school to
become an astrologer—however, I continue to have inner conflict about my more psychic abilities.
Even after 26 years, I thought ‘what will she think if I begin our session like this?’" --- Quan Tracy Cherry

The CONFLICT PillarSeeks to remind us that the human condition is in constant discord: internally, in relationship to others, and with regards to society. Additionally, we exist in general contention with the effects of nature on nearly every aspect of our lives; with little warning. These conditions produce very real fears and that is where we stop breathing. Conflict resolution begins with individual breath.

Try This at Home This week, we find ourselves deep in the roots of conflict -- seeking the safety of grounded, physical energy. Our bodies are designed to absorb and reimagine conflict with universal creative force, but we have developed a curious habit of protecting our minds from real time reactions. Holding fear has become our practice, replacing the breath that naturally clears our energetic debris. Think about this from the roots not the reactions. Ground yourself. Breathe. Answers will come.
