This Week's Pillar is Wholeness (Week 12)

Practice Guidance:  Being Whole means accepting all of our stuff - the parts we love to talk about and the parts we'd rather keep hidden. This week, give yourself permission to dip into some old memories and forgive yourself for being ignorant, uncool, mean, embarrassing, etc. Try to see each experience for its value so that the shame disappears. Only in Wholeness, do we get to feel curious and excited about being exactly who we are!

  Our Raw Material: Nature's Thought Pattern

We draw the idea for Our Raw Material from a principle in Nature; that the more simple anything is, the less liable it is to be disordered, and the easier repaired when disordered. And with this Maxim in view, we have uncovered a natural path for inner joy, self-understanding, recognition of purpose, and self-healing.
